Mission: to promote & support community
enrichment and educational programs by providing an on-demand indoor and
outdoor rental space for business, family and educators.
Convenience:
Located between Hanover, NH, and Norwich, VT,
on RT 5 south in Norwich, immediately south of Interstate 91's Exit 13. We are 5 miles north of White River Junction, VT and Lebanon, NH. See Directions for details and map.
Indoor Facilities:
Small and large conference spaces (seat total of 80), private
offices, group meeting spaces. See Room Rates & Gallery.
Outdoor Facilities:
Grass Common - 150'x200' for tents and events, swings, slides, pirate ship, water park,
performance/concert amphitheater - seat 500, fully wired stage 25'x30'.
Walking trails, stream, parking for 150 cars,
bus pull through.
Personalized Service:
Users dictate the amount of space, days of the
week and hours required. Options include: mornings,
afternoons, evenings and weekends year round.
Partnership:
Core users participate in collective marketing

Recurring Special Events: Dog Run Dog, Open Air Family Concert Series, Big Hed, Mini Boden and Boden .
